New Module for External Loads on Vessels
A new module is now available that allows the application of external loads (wind, blast, seismic, acceleration loads, etc.) to be applied to all type of supports.
A new module is now available that allows the application of external loads (wind, blast, seismic, acceleration loads, etc.) to be applied to all type of supports. To better enable a verification of load data, a graphical plot of deflections, moments, shear forces, load distribution can be generated for all load cases along the full vessel length. The above plot shows the shear forces and moments for a horizontal vessel supported by two saddles.
